Driver was asked to wait for 4 days to…
Driver was asked to wait for 4 days to get empty since he missed Walmart appt. Trinity could have done more! Keep trying to get an open appt as delays & cancellations happened all the time in this industry. But they never tried. Compensate the driver for reefer fuel at least... got paid nothing

I am a dispatcher for owner ops. I've worked with lots of Trinity brokers in a lot of different regions for years and they have always been top notch and reliable. 5 star brokers are kinda rare and these guys are one of them.

Super amazing team/staff
GF Freight Transport as a carrier is always happy to assist team TRINITY LOGISTICS. Brian and Joe are super amazing people. Very Professional and on top of everything day after day. Amazing customer service 100%. Love working with them.

Best Broker
Trinity Logistics has consistently been the best broker we have ever worked with. Their employees (Carrie Zalsky is who we work with primarily) are trustworthy and responsive. Everything always goes smoothly when working with Trinity, from booking the load through receiving payment.
