I did a load with the Iowa office from Kraft Muscatine, IA to Jackson,WI both Sysco Foods 3 hour allowed at both places was not metioned anytime during the conversation with broker. Once at the pick up after 2 hours then I was informed about the 3 hour rule which in the rate confirmation was spelled out with the number at three. I had also asked with the delivery what was the grace period and kept saying have to ask account rep. Not happy at all with this lane and will not ever do it again. Took 5 hours at pick up and 4 hours at delivery. Got paid for 2 hours of dention through out this complete load and had $75.00 added to the revised rate confirmation. Which took to get the revised rate confirmation of me emailing and calling after the 5 to 6 business days. I was told it takes Sysco Foods to Reply.
