Poor communication, the company I went to, to pick up the load did not know I was coming or what I was getting. I was there for over 2 hrs. Then the delivery hrs on the paper work was 8-4. I arrived to find out there real delivery hours was 6-2pm. To add to it they had no way of getting the load off the trailer because I’m a hotshot and could not utilize there loading dock due to my trailer being to low. These problems cost me a lot of wasted time and money.

I booked a load with Barry Mosley from Stockton CA to Portland OR. Load was as described. Shipper and receiver were great. He left me alone and let me do my job. I kept him informed of progress. Perfect Doug Kelley Rockin Robin Trucking

The phone calls are a bit annoying. Especially if you've downloaded app and it's suppose to be tracking. Someone still calls to get an update. We got an email asking if load was picked up/delivered. We replied to this email and still got a call checking on status, while the app was tracking. I don't get these apps. There put in place for a reason but the purpose is not justified by the actions that come after. We've noticed multiple people calling so communication is also lost from one rep to the next causing these additional unnecessary calls

The customer service was excellent. She was quick and to the point. She knew what questions to ask and had the answers for my questions. The only reason not 5 stars is because the rate could have been better which is at no fault of hers. So she gets 5 stars! Trinity gets 4 ;)

Trinity is an easy company to work with. The brokers are always friendly and willing to contact you if any details change regarding your load. Their rates are comparable to or better than many other brokerages and they are usually open to negotiation. When looking for loads, we always look for Trinity loads first.
