Cannot thank travel republic customer service Kelsay from customer service was fantastic. i required special assistance for my wife and she dealt with my request very promptly and within 2 minutes special assistance was booked and confirmed first class service 👏

Was so happy with the price and the overall help booking the holiday

Booked holiday then received phone call to say rooms not available then she had to change flight at a extra cost of £500. Cancelled holiday and went online next day and rebooked same holiday same flights but at an extra charge of £55. When I called complaints explained that friends had booked later the same day at the original price but kept on receiving the same excuse about Liverpool system. So easy to blame in on this.

Booked a holiday. Called me up wanting more money as flights not available. So I cancelled it. Went onto on the Beach. All booked with then no problem. What a joke. Don't use travel Republic
