Very poor aftercare and service
Very poor aftercare and service. Be careful. My schedule for my flight changed, no email was sent to inform me by anyone or the usual option you get to accept the change or refund. When I challenged them about it they said it's ok as it's confirmed ticket and told me to look at the status on the airline site. They just avoid their responsibility. It shouldn't be like this, but now I am going through dispute. How do I contact you with that information? Who do you want me to reply to?
