Good experiences
Hi, the ticket was booked with competitive price, don’t just check Skyscanner, sometimes you can get some good saving by visiting the site directly. 2 observations- 1) It took a bit of time to receive the flight reference number but this is ok, they shared ATOL and invoice separately which is appreciated. 2) I got a call from customer care to share the feedback and the phone number on my phone was showing as a suspected spam- correct it please. The main challenge is how they deal when their customers need them most at the time of cancelling or changing dates- hoping travel junction has got excellent staff to sort that. All good so far.
