Very bad experience My flight is with qatar air way was cancelled twice by airline I booked through this agency with agent named Maddy I asked to refund My ticket price £700 Qtar air way send me e mail will refund £186 I call Maddy to ask for more amount He was very rude and he told me that he will refund only 136 That’s meant he steals the remaining In the beginning when I booked , was very nice and cooperative But now very rude and told me , you ask qatar air way and he knows well that it should be through them because I’m not booked directly I will never ever book again with travel junction

agent named Mike hopkins was a great help tbh i was worried because i read many negative reviews about the company but he was very kind and put my mind at ease, i got confirmation email immediatly and now i am looking forward to my holiday, the price was very decent as well.

Clear and easy

My flight was cancelled unexpectedly the night before travel. I had to spend over 5 hours on the phone to try and book another flight. The last attendant told me I would not be issued a ticket because I’d upgraded my seat and needed to deal with the airline directly. The airline clearly pointed out my contract was with Travel Junction and to take it up with them. They were rude and really unprofessional. I tried to resolve this matter with several people there in customer services and the last word from them was to contact the airline. I would never use them again.
