Great experience fair price

Very impressed with the customer service. I went onto the website and used the chat to ask about my ticket and I expected it to be an AI chatbot like most websites. I ended up chatting to a lovely guy called Jason Smith who resolved my issue and even called me to confirm I had received the email. Very impressed

Flight confirmation took time to come back but all good. Floyd came back to check and confirm our flight which was good.
