I requested travel money on Tuesday and paid mid morning. delivery was meant to be Thursday, did not arrive until Friday mid afternoon. we had to make alternative arrangments. Complained, was reminded or their T+C "Travel FX Ltd does not guarantee next day delivery or guarantee that your preferred delivery date will be met in any way however we shall attempt to deliver by or on your preferred date. We will not be held liable for any issues, expenses or costs arising from not delivering on the date you have requested.’

We have used Travel FX for many years now and always previously found the service very good- decent rates, prompt delivery and good service. Recently, however, not so. On the last occasion I let it go that delivery wasn’t when they said it would be, understanding that this was a Royal Mail issue, however this has happened again today. Due to get currency delivered by 1 pm so rescheduled appointments to stay in all day. When not received by 1.30 I contacted travel fx who basically just said unfortunately it would now be tomorrow. I am unable to waste time staying in unnecessarily so will end up having to collect from post office. Just as well I allowed some time before I need the currency. Travel fx are disinterested in the frustration of wasted time and have sent me a very patronising reply. I suggested they might need to review how these orders are dispatched. You have now lost a loyal customer as I won’t use travel fx again unfortunately.

Hi, I was expecting my order on the 21st, but no update as yet when I log into the system. Order was made on the 17th. I’ve tried contacting you, but not received a response possibly because my email address was in correct. Please can I get an update?
