I've used Travel FX before and have received a very good and prompt service. At first I was cautious ordering online but it's proved to be safe all round.

Excellent service from this company. I’ve now used TravelFX on three occasions. Their website is very easy to use to buy or sell. Their rates are better than on the High Street and the turnaround is fast. I sent my Euros to them on Monday and the money was in my bank by lunchtime Tuesday

I used TravelFX to purchase holiday currency and then sell some back. Really fast turnaround (especially for buying back), excellent customer service and the best exchange rates I could find. I couldn't be happier.

Extremely disappointing experience. Travel FX failed me as a customer. Royal Mail, their courier, provided false delivery confirmation with a forged signature on the expected date before our holiday. After a long complaint process during my holiday, and after Travel FX raised an incident with Royal mail, the money was magically posted through my door two weeks later. Travel FX then offered only a buy-back that would leave me over £100 out of pocket, instead of fighting my corner with Royal mail for fraudulent activity that has clearly taken place. Their final response was dismissive, legally misleading, and they took absolutely no responsibility. Avoid.
