From first contact, Shane was very professional, polite and most important very patient with me as i asked for the quotes to be revised several times to compare travel dates and departure point. Jacob helped me all the way through the journey of booking my dream holiday to Thailand. Very friendly very very helpful and very patient with me why I waited for responses from my friends who are coming along with me.
