Great customer service from Shane. Very professional and patient.

SO NOT HAPPY!!!! booked our tour with these to Canada and America. First I thought great. Then when I come to actually plan it out.. All flights are late ones.. then schedule changes meaning we had 30 mins from the plane landing to have our cases transfered out the hold... to get us off the plane... find where the other plane flys from.. get to it all before that gate closes !!! Then another one with 45 mins in between... told them I was not HAPPY with this and the fact that there all late flights !!! There response... I'm now on even LATER FLIGHTS!!! that's out of spite and taking the piss !! .... Then the fact that I wasn't informed about the $50 A NIGHT resort fees !!! Or the $100 a NIGHT security deposits !!! We're staying in 5 hotels !!!! If wed have been made aware I'd have paid it to this company to pay them when I paid the holiday straight up !!!. This company has totally SHAFTED us !!!! We go on Monday.

Emily was really helpful, friendly and went out of her way to help find us everything we wanted even finding options for all our requirements. The holiday was good value and the hotels she found look great. Really pleased with the service I received

I recently used travel center for the first time,when I booked the Milan/lake Como/Swiss Alps train trip. I found the company very easy to deal with,and especially Aron,who was very helpful and knowledgeable,and was very willing to tailor the holiday to suit my requests. I have used Travel Center before and when planning a trip to Italy later this year did not hesitate in contacting them again. Billy was extremely helpful, making suggestions on hotel locations and pricing up various options for me until I was completely happy with what I wanted. I am planning a trip to Thailand early next year and will be using Billy at Travel Center again.
