I found training.com.au to be very helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns in detail. Had the knowledge to support their answers and I could walk away with a clear mind. The person I spoke to was very nice, spoke in a clear voice and was very easy to understand. I can't wait to start my course with a fully supported team.

Easy to navigate. Poor enquire service. When you ask for course guides and pricing it should be sent through. The expectation should not be to talk to a salesperson to try and get you to sign up immediately.

I enquire about the certificate in teacher aid they explained to me all about it and answered all my questions that I asked . I was happy that’s what I want!

Once I put my name down that I was interested in less than 12 hours I received a phone call from the student advisor assistant manager who was very helpful. She was unsure with one of my queries so she got back to me straight away with the answer. One thing that was not mentioned on the website of emails until I went ahead with the course was the $50 set up fee as I'm paying $25/month.

They made everything so easy to understand and what would be available to me. They made sure to make everything very clear like the payment plan, which is fantastic and takes a lot of pressure off! As soon as enquiring about the course they rang me straight away and everything was put into action straight away! Its amazing!
