Fantastic customer service
I just wanted to know the cost, duration and employment prospects for the course. Given the Corona outbreak I understand not having a reply or any contact. But it would help if you just had the info on you webpage.

I received my information that I requested within a few hours and received a call from Rosie to make sure I understood it, ad she then explained the special that was coming ot for the course I am starting. Rosie followed up a few days later to make sure everything made sense, and was willing to answer any questions I had. Great customer service, and it needs to be recognised in these times. Easy to navigate around site
I was extremely happy with the overall service. I had a good long chat about the course I'm interested in, with a lovely guy named Jesse today. He was very helpful, supportive and friendly.
I rang about a course. Just an inquiry really, but in no time I had a email asking when was the best time to talk, I set a time and they were right, on the phone giving me all the information that I needed. I had lots of questions and they answered them all. I hadn't heard of this company so I rang Vic Education and Training and found out they were nationally accredited. I mean you can't be to careful. Now we have this virus which means doing my course on line. Something that I didn't want,however, they gave me information that made it sound easier. Lots of backup with teachers. Someone to help me get my laptop doing the things that it needs to do. Cost is around the same as CAE. A good first impression. Joy Langham
