Prompt Response to inquiry about a particular course. Informative and understanding about your reasons for wanting to study your particular field of choice.
I waited for someone to contact me, but nothing.
Once you need help for something that you dont understand they always respond to you fast and they give you the right information that you need

No contact from the course supplier after I've made 2 inquiries. Very frustrating when I want to complete a course but don't know what is involved because no one has contacted me.

Haven’t had a good experience yet. I’m STILL waiting on someone to contact me to answer my 3 simple questions so I can hopefully enroll with you. I cannot find a contact phone number on the website otherwise I would have rang myself. I can only hope studying with you is better than the process to get someone to contact me.
