Several times I enquired about the beginners course for Xero. I only receive a mail to say thank you for your first step. Apparently I must enroll via Australia but no one is coming back to me. This is going on now for about 6 monts.

I have given 4 stars for now, I have not received verification that I have been accepted as yet, but the site had excellent explanation/layout of due course/s, and follow throughs..even my 12 year old could understand it!

I came across the website whilst googling Online Accounting courses on google, the website was well-presented and very informative. I appreciated that the info pack was emailed to me shortly after making an enquiry online however there should be an option for Contact Preferences, I would prefer email contact. It seems a little pushy to have someone call you moments after receiving the info pack - not really having much time to read it through yourself before someone calling you to discuss it further. I understand the intention of wanting to offer guidance however a lot of people nowadays suffer from Social Anxiety Disorders who struggle to speak to people over the phone and/or in person.
