Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.
Confidence building 121 with John Davidson today, reviewing costs and ROI for a flip project. Thanks for the advice and reassurances John :)

It has been 2 days great training. the first training i have never got bored. The knowledge that has been impacted on me is great. I am going into it.
Real Rating - 1 or 0 zero star Note- I gave 5 star review so people who look at 5 star reviews (mostly given by fake profiles) are able to make informed decision before parting with their hard earned money Joined the free online webinar. Before paying 99 for the 2 days course, i though i will read the reviews. I always start with negative reviews to know the real story (positive reviews can be faked but no one will fake negative reviews and negative reviews have more details on course, people and what went wrong /right) Turns out, they do not refund the money as they claim in their adverts if the users find the course not suitable. And some people have bough the 10k programme when false promises were made about they could get particular type of mortgages etc. Basically, looks like they use every strategy to push the sales through. I have two houses but was interested in this course to know more about commercial property purchase with pension fund/sipp. But looking at the fraud happenig, i guess i will use the 10K as deposit to buy another property instead of wasting on this course. Also, i got the two houses using free content on youtube so anyone asking for 2k, 10k, or anything ridiculous should be avoided! I contacted couple of mortage advisors and they have lot of knowledge and calls with them are free. I cannot thank enough to some mortage advisors (whom i did not go ahead with) but they provided me good insights etc.. Please just use the money you have saved to buy next house! I know 10k is not enough but speak to mortgage advisors and you will get 5% LTV mortgage and easily buy a house upto 200k. i had 10k last year, spoke to many mortgage advisor and asked silly questions (my first purchase was new built for personal so it was easy but second i had to really understand the buy to let and mortgages etc) Finally had enough information, saw some videos on youtube for real estate (Dan Coachafer is good one, property accelerator by James Nicholson is good but don't buy the course, I never paid anything for their courses but YouTube is enough to get good info ) and finally bought second house. So dont fall for these and use your money wisely. @Touchstone - could not reply to your comment so here is my reply. I am not speculating, I attended your free online webinar which pushes to buy £99 course and from negative reviews, that £99 pushes you to buy the £12,000 courses which is just loads of text to read (with no refund option). If you really cared about putting people on property ladder, your courses would not be a ridiculous £12,000 which was literally deposit for my second house! So just warning your prospective students to be careful before shelling out that sort of money. I understand Paul smith and Abi Hookway (whose free webinar I attended and her only agenda there was to sell apartments to us in Birmingham which were over 250k, guess she makes commission) are making loads of money from just the academy and selling apartments but seriously you need to draw a line between helping people and exploiting them.
So today I joined for my 2nd day webinar and dared to ask why it wasn’t affordable for everyone!! It’s £15,000 to join the academy, they offer an option at £2995 deposit and £1995 a month that’s more than my monthly wage. They also advertise how Abby was a single mum in debt!! They don’t mention her brother coughed up the money for her!! What about us normal folk as they call us that can’t get that at the drop of a hat!!! Rich look after the rich. So I dared to say I wish it was for everyone and I got thrown off the course!!!
I simply made an observation via a private chat group that the course I was on was asking people to invest 15k into the next course, which I deduced at 50 members that this was a lot of money and that’s why they run the courses. I was deleted from the live course and have paid them £200 for nothing. I have requested my money back, which they assure you can have your money back guaranteed if the course doesn’t help you. I have sent an email but no response. The course didn’t help me as I got chucked out for making an observation? Which leads to me to believe they don’t want you to think for yourself? I’m very confused and disappointed as I took two days out of my work schedule to be there.
Unresponsive company - I signed up for the 2 day seminar but unfortunately only realised after booking that I cannot make the dates that I originally booked. Emailed the company the next day asking for my dates to be changed….no response. Emailed again after a couple of days….no response. Don’t like being ignored so found another email address from their T&Cs asking for a refund because I cannot make the course and changed my mind….no response!! Not sure how legit this company is so will get refund from my credit card company instead. Update: funny how after posting my review, someone contacted me straight away….I had missed their original call but have spoken to them this morning and have been told that my refund will be proceeded and I will receive it within 10 days.
The presenters and the team. Lots to take back with me. Personal improvement
Know what you are getting into and as long as you don't fall into the trap it is fine. The free webinar adverted on social media is a sales pitch to join the £99 two-day webinar which is then the main sales pitch to sell you their £14k Wealth Academy. I joined the first two knowing what they were going to be about but hoping that I can still get some useful information to support my current learning on property investment. The two-day event ended up being quite a waste of my time as more than half of the time it was the sales pitch over and over again, but if you know nothing about property investment you'll get some initial insights into it. I was already up to speed enough so didn't learn much but it still helped with getting some ideas, although it was not worth my whole weekend!
I had the privilege of attending an exceptional Wealth Through Property training on the 18th and 19th Jan 2025, where each trainer shared valuable insights from their areas of expertise. The knowledge and strategies provided were both practical, motivating and inspiring. I’m excited to join the academy to further develop my skills, deepen my understanding and work towards achieving financial freedom through the property business.
