Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

Undelivered Promises
I was promised I would receive a number of books from the coaches at Touchstone following the 2 day course which never came... I followed up with them multiple times but never received a single response. I found this to be extremely rude considering I committed my whole weekend to the 2 day course - around 16 hours in total, which was far too long. They are quite salesy in their approach and will put pressure on you at the end of the 2 days to buy their full course. The coaches claim they are making so much money from property so they can spend their weekends with their families doing the things they love, but then again the coaches are working throughout the whole weekend trying to get people to buy the full course... I mean good on them, but something doesn't add up. They also mentioned that if I wasn't happy following the end of the course that I would be entitled to a full refund. Since I didn't receive a single response from the team I demanded a full refund - but again I did not receive a single response. What are the chances I finally receive a response now this complaint is in public view...

I was really struggling with my…
I was really struggling with my property investments and didn’t know if I was doing the right thing. Then luckily had this 2 day session for £99 and that was it for me. I had been waiting for all such details, a big group to validate each time, so much of property knowledge flowing across the board. WhatsApp groups of like minded people. It’s absolutely mind blowing and such a delight to have. 100% recommended for whoever is struggling with their properties and looking for answers to all there questions and many other crazy options available. You will find a proper community of landlords, QnA sessions with talented group of mentors, 1-1 session with favourite highly skilled mentors. 24/7 access to people who can immediately answer your burning questions and put your mind to rest. Also quarterly meets with the community. What else one can ask for. No brainer. Just do it.

Just returned from a fabulous 1 day conference in Twickenham with Touchstone Education. My 1-2-1 coach and mentor Indy Gill is one of the most amazing and inspirational human beings I have ever met! Always there to give advice, encouragement and the occasional whooping when you need a bit of motivation and reminding that you get out of life what you put in!! I have joined the touchstone community recently and have had a very positive experience. The owners, coaches, team and community are all super supportive of each other. I attended my first deal clinic yesterday, which was fantastic and had a quick one to one with Rob Cottingham. I was very impressed with Robs knowledge passion and calm approach. I had a 121 with Rob Cottingham yesterday at the deal clinic. Rob was very enthusiastic and positive which is exactly the type of person I like to deal with. After we had discussed my questions it was useful to hear some of Rob’s examples of what he had achieved with property so that you can start thinking outside the box with your own situation.

Kind, compassionate and relatable
Joined the Wealth Academy last month and like many of us having a great feeling of overwhelm; however, I attended my first Deal Clinic at Twickenham yesterday and the love that the Touchstone Team have for us is so amazing! I had such a great day and I want to shout out Touchstone Coach Rob who gave up his lunchtime for me for a 1:1 to help me with the start of my journey. Rob was so down to earth and was able to relate to all the feelings I have been experiencing, but helped me really work on my mindset in preparation for our journey through these next 12 months. The kind and empathetic approach was hugely appreciated and has made more more determined to achieve through the support and learning of Touchstone. Thank you Rob!!
