Clarity of the question and instructions. Giving the options to continue or not on the survey. Very happy with both of those. Some surveys write same question in 4 different ways and I really don't like that.

Very skeptical to participate survey that requires 20 minutes or more to complete. Too many experiences to receive notification of unmatched profile or survey is fully taken more than 10 minutes into a 20 minutes survey or 100 % completion in some cases. The award of complementry points does not help
