First time with sakura themed snacks. Weird but in a good way. Love trying new snacks with tokytreat.

The boxes were great. I loved them so much that I intended to get some more occasionally and recommend this company to others. Unfortunately, the company behaved dishonestly, which made me change my mind. Tokyo Treat renews subscriptions automatically without warning, even if the website previously claimed no subscription was active. The useless customer service kept claiming they could not refund my money. In the end, I complained with my card provider and I promptly got my money back!

Great quality snacks for sure! Some snacks come in extremely small portions though is the only downside but still tasty.

Definitely worth every penny the food is so good you will love and instinctively want to move to Japan such an amazing country and there food is so good and unique highly suggest

Very exciting snacks! The only thing i can complain about is the delivery. It takes some time to get the boxes but it’s worth the wait!

Great tasting snack, each with their unique flavour. The sakura box was super fun and loved every snack. delivery was quick at just under one month and quality was superb! 10/10 would recommend!!

It took almost 2 weeks for my box to be delivered and I was surprised how small it was, none of the snacks seem to be full size and the kitkats had melted together. Will definitely not be having another box I will stick with seoulbox which from the day of dispatch takes only 4 days to be delivered and it's stuffed full of stuff

The delivery was fast! It took about 2 weeks and I think that's good since I live in Norway. All the snacks sooooo good too! There's wasn't a single thing that I didn't like, I loved everything!

I loved the snacks and the treats but the problem was that it took about 23 days to come for some costum handling thing in sweden but at least I got my box and I'm happy with it!

It was a great! Can’t wait for another box! I bought a subscription as a Valentine’s Day gift/experience. It was fun to try the variety of snack products we received and will enjoy getting to do it again in a few weeks. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to try some new snacks and maybe get out of your comfort zone a little. The only down side is you might get a new favourite snack and it could be hard finding it locally lol. Delivery felt a little slow to Canada on the first box but the second box says it’s shipped and it already on plane in less than 24 hrs so will expect it to arrive sooner. The overall shipping was good no product or package damage.

Tokyo Treat filled in the customs declaration for DHL incorrectly which resulted in an additional €55 being added to the import duty as they listed each item individually rather than grouping them by type, which is what DHL would have expected them to do. While I accepted that I would have to pay the import duty, I don't feel it is right to have to pay for TT's mistake. I've ordered from multiple different snack box companies and Tokyo Treat is the only one to have made this mistake. It is quite clear to me that they do not understand how to run a business properly and I will not be ordering from them again. I highly recommend avoiding them and using one of their competitors.
