Εξωφρενικά μεγάλη προμήθεια για την αγορά εισιτηρίου, το οποίο είναι μονόδρομος γιατί δεν υπάρχει σημείο παραλαβής χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση, τα μοναδικά σημεία παραλαβής είναι στην Αθήνα στα οποία προστίθενται επιπλέον χρεώσεις . Για ένα εισητηριο 45 ευρώ προσθέτουν 4,5 ευρώ επιπλέον στην ηλεκτρονική αγορά και 1,5 ευρώ δηλαδή 6 ευρώ σύνολο σε κάθε εισητηριο από τα σημεία παραλαβής στην Αθήνα.

Avoid purchasing tickets, they refuse to provide refunds. DJ Solomun was playing for Music Elements in Cyprus. The DJ had a flight delay and only showed up at midnight even though the event was advertised for 5pm. Solomun himself posted a story on Instagram saying he was wondering if he would even play at the event as it was so late and admitted that the event was scheduled to finish at 12. We were made to wait in the hot & humid packed stage for 6 hours with no information on what was going on and a no name DJ playing warm up sets. Inevitably, we left at 11pm and missed Solomun because no one provided any updates from the staff.

Μακριά!! Δεν μου επιστρεφουν τα χρήματα για δικό τους λάθος. Κανω μια παραγγελία κ μου την δείχνει ακυρη. Στην πιστωτική μου είναι ήδη δεσμευμένα. Τους παίρνω άμεσα τηλεφωνο κ τους το αναφέρω κ μου λένε ίσως αργησα λιγο κ δεν εγινε δεκτός ο κωδικός απο την πιστωτική ή οτι ειχα βαλει λάθος στοιχεία ταυτοτητας. Αποφασιζω μετα από 15 λεπτα να ξανακάνω την παραγγελία κ οταν την ολοκληρώνω μου δείχνει το site τους οτι κ η τελευταία αλλά κ η προηγούμενη που φαινόταν ακυρη εγιναν εγκυρες. Τους ξανακαλώ αμέσως κ τους λέω οτι εγιναν κ οι δύο τελικά δεκτες κ οτι θα έπρεπε να ακυρώσουν την μία από τις δύο. Τωρα εχω δύο ίδια ονομαστικά εισιτήρια που λογικά απαγορευεται. Περιμενω να ξημερώσει να δω αν μπορει η ενωση καταναλωτών να με βοηθήσει να πάρω τα χρηματά μου πίσω.

I was in a que to log in before wanting to buy tickets for a show with a high demand. Managed to log in after waiting from early morning only for Ticketmaster Greece to log me out again and by then it was game over cause had to wait all over in line. Ridiculous and unreliable webpage ! They should invest money in upgrading the system instead of corruption !

he most useless company with the most useless developers. I had entered today from 8 in the morning to get a season ticket for the football team, A.E.K. And while I was ready at 9:55 their useless system throws me out and puts me in the queue for 15 minutes. When I entered all season tickets were sold and due to ticket master hellas and incompetent programmers I gave her 900€ at which expensive gate. JUST A SHAME, if you CAN'T, QUIT

Bad services for an event i tried to purchase tickets and the site put me on waiting 20 minutes and when i managed to log in and book tickets the site stuck and i couldnt book my tickets cause there was a sold out in about 30 minutes Irresponsible

Ticketmaster is very reliable. Ticketmaster was the only company which gave us back immediately our money for cancelled performances.

Έχει πολλές έξτρα χρεώσεις ( για sms , εκτύπωση από το σπίτι ) και μάλιστα ανά εισιτήριο και όχι ανά συναλλαγή .
