great quality and good custumer service

I placed an order with Thrivin on January 26, 2026, for a set consisting of leggings, a sports bra, and a top. I didn’t receive the package until February 6, 2026. Unfortunately, everything was too small and had to be returned, even though I followed their size guide. I sent the items back on February 11 and didn’t hear anything for a long time. I contacted their support team on February 24, 2026, but received no response. I reached out again on February 27, 2026, asking for an update on my inquiry, as I don’t understand how it can take this long. I don’t know whether they have received my return package or if my money is simply lost. At this point, I’m starting to feel like this is not a company I would shop from again. The service has been very poor, and it’s extremely frustrating not being able to get in touch with you or receive any clarification about the situation.

The tights have a great fit, not much rolling, a bit struggle to put it on, which i find great, then it sits. I wish the bra had a longer band, on me they roll up. The zipper jackets are great, but one ripped in the thumb hole, i sent a complaint weeks ago, still have not heard anything back. Slow customer service.

The product quality is really good, and the shipping experience went very well. The sizes generally run small, so next time I will buy leggings one size larger than I usually wear.

Shipping took quite a while. I washed the Teddy Jacket and the color already came off of the Zipper on the edges. Not the greatest quality. The Leggings were kind of tight on my thighs and the contour area for the butt was a bit too long and i have to really pull them up to get them to sit correctly. Maybe i should have sized up, but i’m not sure if that would have fixed the problem. Overall not too bad. You get what you pay for.

I mean the design idea is great but it's not very well executed when it comes to larger thighs..I usually wear UK18-20 with no issues, sometimes I have to even size down, however these leggings i couldn't pull up past my thighs which was rather disappointing after waiting for them to be delivered got ages as well...Material is great sizing is very much off

Unless you are a model with 5% body fat don’t buy. I am 5’4 - 148lbs with very muscular legs. I ordered a medium in two different leggings and both suffocated my thighs and gave me rolls under my butt cheeks!!! I love some booty lifting material but this was so ridiculous! Unless you are tall with slim, not muscular legs these won’t look good and will not be comfortable to workout in. I took some pictures and could not stop laughing at the rolls under my butt simply because I’ve never seen anything like it. Don’t waste your time and money. Try another brand there are plenty out there.

I doubted buying for a second because of the prices. But I saw they where doing a discount so I just went for it and boy.. I didn't regret it! The quality of the products are amazing! They have so much to choose from. And WOW the leggings make your but look absolutely stunning! The sizing of the bras is the hardest part for me because some are quit revealing.. but the fits are so cute! so many colors the pick, mix and match.. And I absolutly live for their Essential Teddy Fleece Jackets. I live in them! They pair so nice with a comfy outfit or a stroll through the city to grab a coffee. I'm a loyal custumor from now on!

Very flattering and comfortable once on it stays in place during my whole workout and appreciated the easy to follow instructions on how to put on the leggings correctly. The matching sets made me feel super confident, even my partner complimented how good I looked when wearing them! 🩷

Great customer service! When I had an issue with one of the seems on my leggings they were extremely helpful and replaced them for me free of charge. They really showed how much they care about their customers and th quality of their product.
