I placed an order with Thrivin on January 26, 2026, for a set consisting of leggings, a sports bra, and a top. I didn’t receive the package until February 6, 2026. Unfortunately, everything was too small and had to be returned, even though I followed their size guide. I sent the items back on February 11 and didn’t hear anything for a long time. I contacted their support team on February 24, 2026, but received no response. I reached out again on February 27, 2026, asking for an update on my inquiry, as I don’t understand how it can take this long. I don’t know whether they have received my return package or if my money is simply lost. At this point, I’m starting to feel like this is not a company I would shop from again. The service has been very poor, and it’s extremely frustrating not being able to get in touch with you or receive any clarification about the situation.
