Wonderful experience
I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

Professional, helpful but less than complete or diligent
Got a quite attractive package but had a lapse in information over the weekend after I gave my credit card information. Also initial information on purchased tickets was incomplete and only supplemented after I checked my reservation with the airline and made a further inquiry. But great follow up by management.
