Effective communication between the company and the customer. I appreciate the up-to-date email that lets me know when my order will arrive. The books are in good condition, and the price was right for each book. As a teacher on a budget, it's helpful to find gems like these book prices.

It was clear what books were available, and if out of stock, an estimate when a similar book might be available. The books I ordered were easy to order. I received e-mail updates when the book ordered were in process, or being shipped and the day to expect delivered. The books were packaged well and in good shape. All in all I was most satisfied.
