I did not receive my shipment but it says that I did. All I got that day was a message that the packaging was different.

Always on time and ready to give my puppy the best meds.
Very efficient processes where our order ALWAYS gets here earlier than expected, correct product and the product works extremely well for our dogs. Thank you for the professionalism, caring and love of all of the animals.
Itch relief chews really help my golden itch her seasonal allergies
It was just left on my porch in the weather elements vs under the cover or next to my door. I also need to pushout and decrease my deliveries as too much product now as we lost of of our dogs.
Not your fault, the package was sent to a 4650 on another street. Mail service is not so great here. Luckly, the neighbor on that street brought it to us.

The driver was very disrespectful call my dog names. My dog was on the way out. We were on the way out, and she started freaking out and calling. My dog names was very rude and disrespectful.
I am very unsatisfied with this company I have changed my address and have notified the company twice of my new address and they still seem to send to old address I have cancelled my order and they still seem still seem to be charging my account I am very unsatisfied and will not recvomend based on this issue !!
My recurring order is always on time & just what I ordered. sending me updates on the delivery is helpful as well.
