Objets très bien emballés. Livraison parfaite
Mauvaise expérience avec The Packengers. Tableau très mal emballé par Karim sans aucun papier bulle. Je n’ai jamais vu ça. En plus, le tableau a mis un mois avant de me parvenir. Je me demande si je ne vais pas changer de transporteur la prochaine fois. L’assurance peut-elle me rembourser au vu des photos prises
La communication a été fluide. Comme il s'agissait d'une expédition internationale, j'ai été satisfait du délai de livraison et de l'emballage. J'ai utilisé le service de livraison à plusieurs reprises et, à chaque fois, j'ai reçu la marchandise sans dommage. Il est arrivé que certains achats soient emballés de manière irresponsable. L'entreprise devrait évaluer les risques potentiels liés aux achats coûteux lors de l'emballage. Merci.
