Another company where you pay on time not missed a payment and paid off early my financial situation hasn’t changed needed a small loan got declined really don’t understand why they don’t look after good customers.
Bit disheartened with this company after such a great relationship with them. I have had two loans off this company where you can pick the amount you wish to borrow up to £1250. 1st loan i paid back every month on time and that was paid off on 15th September last year. The 2nd loan I had off them, was over four months, which I incidentally paid off two months in advance. When It came to getting another loan off them back in March this year, i was asked on my The Money Platform to give them my debit card details to clarify I am the bank account holder. I rang the money platform to clarify this and they informed me it was just a security check and to go a head and put my card details in of which I did. £1250 was then sent to my bank account. I contacted them money platform about this amount going into my bank account of which I did not apply for and could they take this money back over the phone which they agreed. I received an apology on the phone and the money was taken back off my debit card. I explained to the guy on the phone that I normally am able to pick my own loan amount each time I apply for a loan but on this occasion I never got to pick my own loan amount and received the full amount the money platform allows you to have. Again I got an apology and was informed there technical team would sort the error out on my account with them so I can apply for the loan amount I wish to borrow like I have been able to do on my two previous loans. I was informed this would take about 3 days to get sorted. Its now been over two weeks and I can still not apply for another loan from this company. I have now been informed that they have a cooling off period before you can apply for another loan. So eventhough it was their error and not mine regarding the £1250 being transfered to my bank account which i never applied for and me being honest and repaying the full amount back to them, it's me being penalised through there computer error. This seems extremely unfair considering I have never defaulted on any of my loans. Under the circumstances I feel the money platform should be sorting this issue out if they wish to keep an excellent payer such as myself. The money platform should do better.
Was very quick and efficient but now I don't need it anymore I can't close the account or unsubscribe. Many times I've tried but still emails arrive. Spoke with customer service and now have removed very quickly.
They found me a loan quickly and I was accepted. My credit rating is bad and I was still accepted.
I applied for a loan on sunday afternoon and recieved the money on monday morning .very happy customer thanks money platform great customer service.
The website isn’t letting me enter my bank details. Just keeps kicking me back to the Home Screen.
Very helpful and efficient. Jacqueline Morgan
Very impressive P2P lender. I am an investor. It is a high risk investment, but if done cautiously and in a well structured way [gradually increasing your total loans] it is a practical masterclass in the magic power of both the investing tools of "diversification" and "compounding". With rapid reinvestment of returns, the potential profitability of this platform is excellent.
Received a monthly news letter and am looking forward to the upcoming changes, any issues I have they respond to quickly ( and I do message them a lot lol). great team always polite and patient.
This is a very delayed review but I got an email advert re them today and I remembered I had actually never left a review. On the third time of lending out my money, they lost it and despite me requesting, they sent no proof at all that they had ever made any serious attempt to recover my money via debt collection. Their email responses would take forever, and most of the time what was sent was a pointless endeavour. I figured I may lose a bit here and there over the years but I did not figure I would lose the entire capital invested inside a few months.
had a loan with this company, The money i was paying back a month was a bit to high for me,i rung them up they cut My payment in half but obviously extended it for a bit longer with no added interest and no report to my credit file,i wasn't expecting that, couldn't be happier with them 👍
Hats off to this company, they are very helpful and most of all very understanding. I can't thank them enough, they trusted and lend the money. Will definitely apply for the loan from them when ever I needed. Brilliant service, helpful, reliable and top understanding.

The Money Platform is a peer-to-peer lending service that connects investors seeking alternative investment opportunities with creditworthy borrowers in the UK in need of short to medium-term personal loans. The platform facilitates direct lending, allowing individuals and businesses to invest in loans while potentially earning competitive rates of return. Targeting both investors looking for diversified investment options and borrowers who may not qualify for traditional bank loans, The Money Platform emphasizes transparency regarding the risks associated with peer-to-peer lending. While offering the possibility of tax-free returns through an Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA), the company notes that investments carry inherent risks, including the potential for loss of capital and delayed repayment timelines. This focus on risk management helps users make informed decisions about their investment strategies.
The Money Platform garners mostly positive feedback, with many reviewers praising the exceptional customer service and quick response times. Customers frequently highlight the helpfulness of the staff, noting their understanding and support during difficult financial situations. For instance, one user expresses gratitude for the assistance received after losing a job, while another appreciates the efficient communication throughout the loan process. However, some critical themes emerge, particularly regarding the functionality of the website, which several users report as problematic, making it difficult to log in or enter bank details. Additionally, concerns about high interest rates and a lack of care for investors are mentioned. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment remains largely favorable, reflecting a strong reputation for service quality.
We're all about transparency. Companies can't pay to alter or remove reviews from CrowdTrust.
