London removals were excellent, a competitive price, friendly and very efficient I highly recommend this company

Disappointing experience after a promising start. The initial phase of the move was handled well — Barry was helpful, the quote was clear, and the moving team on the day were excellent. However, everything fell apart afterwards. During the move, one item was damaged (reported proactively by one of the removal team), and another item never arrived. I was assured these issues would be covered by insurance, but despite repeated calls and emails, no one ever followed up. My enquiries and requests for replacements were simply ignored. It’s a real shame, because the service began well, but the lack of communication and accountability afterwards means I couldn’t recommend them. If nothing gets lost or damaged, you’ll probably be fine — but if something does go wrong, based on my experience, you may struggle to get any resolution.

Great experience all round. The quote was very competitive, the workers were friendly, worked quickly and handled everything with care.

I recently used The London Removal Company for my move, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. The booking process was straightforward and transparent. The team provided a clear quote with no hidden fees, which made budgeting for the move stress-free. The movers arrived on time and were very courteous. They handled all my belongings with great care, ensuring everything was properly packed and secured. Fragile items were meticulously wrapped, and large furniture was disassembled and reassembled without any issues.

Booked them on short notice. Very friendly and approachable on the phone. On the day, the guys showed up perfectly on time. They were efficient and jolly. Secured some loose parts with tape. Protected mattresses with plastic that they brought so that everything stayed nice and clean. Great experience overall. Just really easy to deal with. I think their volume estimate was a bit off, but that may also have been partly our fault in terms of how detailed the information was we initially provided.

Professional and friendly service from Karen, Barry and the guys who came to move our mechanical bed. All sorted very quickly and without any issues. Top service, will be back!

I needed to move 44 years of belongings from a large London house to a much smaller Kent cottage, to 2 other Kent addresses and to storage. This marathon move required six vans and six trips on six different dates. Being widowed, I was daunted by the logistics of this move but the LRC made everything easy. I cannot fault them. The quotations were reasonable and the personnel of the LRC were helpful beyond belief, kind and obliging. They did all the packing at lightning speed. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

Omg, I cannot recommend this company enough. They are so good. To have a company who always reply to emails (the super efficient Karen), usually the same day, and to be so efficient, it’s just so refreshing. The movers turned up on time, communication was great, and they were so helpful. Good pricing too. Would definitely use them again.

The Team from the London Removal Company made our move super smooth. We could not have done it without them. As we only had one week between exchange and completion it helped a lot that we went for the full packing process. Everyone was friendly, super efficient and thoughtful. From Barry coming to survey to quote, Karen who coordinated the whole process from the office and Pablo and his packing team. All amazing! Personal items were handled very carefully so that we did not have to worry. A big thank you to everyone!
