Claiming was straightforward and dealt with promptly.
£459 , vet bill received £110 of the bill in the claim. Absolutely waste of time
So happy I used insurance Emporium, from putting the clam in to paying my vet directly took just over a week, my dog had major hip surgery, never did I think I would ever use the insurance, but when his accident happened, he would of had to of been PTS as no way on earth could I afford to pay the vet bill, Thankyou insurance Emporium x
Good choice of non expensive policies. Excellent customer service, prompt settling of substantial bill. Genuine concern over wellbeing of our dog following procedure. Would highly recommend Insurance Emporium for pet insurance.

My claim was processed very slowly. I was asked for additional information before the claim could be processed. Taking into account the excess I eventually received a settlement of around £8.50 from a bill that was close to £200. That does not even cover a single monthly premium for my 2 cats. I’m left with the impression that the insurance business is a licence to print money.

This was the first time we had made a claim so was unsure of the process, from the initial contact everything ran smoothly, help was at hand and the lady I spoke to was friendly and efficient…At worrying times it was comforting to get good service. Highly recommend!
Prompt and efficient handling of claim.
I was treated like I was making a fraudulent claim from the beginning and they questioned everything despite this being the first claim I had made for my 18 year old pet. I then received a fraction of the costs back after all their deductions and it took a month of stress to finally receive any kind of payment.
