Honest Utility Group Reviews

I had the pleasure to work with Phoebe in a complicated case that required more documents, information, professionalism and patience than most cases. She promptly provided us with every needed document and dealt with the matter in the best possible way . Her clients are lucky to have such a dedicated broker. A true asset to the company

I cannot recommend Pam from honest utility group enough. Pam has been completely transparent throughout the whole process and has been really patient with working around my always changing work schedule. Pam has saved me a huge amount of money in changing my deal and has explained everything really thoroughly throughout. She has always been available for support throughout the signing up process and after too with questions I have had. I Would recommend Pam and honest to anybody looking to save money and have peace of mind doing so.

Pam Crake at Honest Utility Group was extremely helpful in finding us a cheaper gas deal than we are currently paying. No drama, not pushy, just a nice person to do business with. Will recommend.

Arran has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He has been knowledgeable, responsive and has always taken the time to explain the options available in a clear and professional manner. He worked well on our behalf and successfully reduced our agreed kVA requirement, which was a valuable outcome for our business. It was clear that he put a significant amount of effort into understanding our requirements and keeping us informed throughout. Thank you for all your hard work and support. I would have no hesitation in recommending Arran to businesses looking for assistance with their energy procurement.

Have been well looked after by Arran for the last few years now. Good advice, not pushy. Any problems sorted without fuss.

Beth and Anya have been so helpful throughout the process of switching our supplier.

Excellent experience with Honest Group. I initially dealt with Anya and Aaron, who were both extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. They took the time to understand exactly what we needed and worked quickly to find the right solution. We then had a follow-up from Beth, who kept everything moving smoothly and ensured the deal was finalised without any issues. Thanks to their team, we were able to secure a new supplier and lock in the deal efficiently. Great communication, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Erin took me through the whole process and found suppliers offering good savings - Beth has followed through with some great customer care - I have no hesitation in recommending Honest

Rachel and the team had a big job cut out to try get to the bottom of a faulty meter and deal with two electricity companies in the change over time. It took a lot of time and patience but she got there and honestly the job would be going on for significantly longer without her endless input and communication. Extremely grateful to have her knowledge on my side. A great company all round with exceptional team members and knowledge of the industries they work in.

The gentlemen that arrived to do the work were freindly and polite, got on with their work and it has been a pleasure to have them arround, i am equally pleased with their finished work, it feels like a new house.

Anya at this company has been amazing at helping me try to get a new bolier. My efficency rating on my property is wrong , as I have a 25 year old bolier. All other companies didn't even notice this. Any had been so helpful and is an asset to this company to try and sort this issue.

Arran has been consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in his support. He explains things clearly, responds quickly, and makes navigating utility services much easier. A pleasure to work with and a trusted point of contact.

I have had many bad experiences with exploitative, unscrupulous brokers for my business energy supply simply to secure commission. I have been pleasantly surprised by Honest Utility who actually seem "honest"! Arran Quinn has been an amazing account manager and seems to actually have my best interests at heart as well as being totally charming! He has secured excellent deals for gas and electric for my business. A refreshing experience that has revived my faith in the "right" energy brokers!

What an amazing recommendation I was given when told to contact Arrin at Honest. He has saved our business so much money by switching to a different energy company, We are saving big money over a 3 year period. Arrin was very professional and is now looking to save us even more money with different areas of the business. I would highly recommend Honest to any business looking to improve their financial position.

I am a Headteacher in Bradford, and I've been looking to renew our energy contracts from April. Arran was extremely helpful in helping us to understand potential pitfalls, and was open and (I believe) honest when explaining this. He is approachable and easily contact-able. We signed new contracts with HUG as a result, and we are looking forward to continued excellent customer service and working closely with Arran in the coming months.
