Human interaction!!!! I’ve had the same setup since 2002 so have no clue on the current state of dj kit. Having a short chat on the phone got my head around it nice and quickly. Absolute class and took me back to 2002 where you could interact with people when buying your tech and music. Saturday edit - I’m not usually someone who reviews, let alone posts 2. But my gear just arrived. So that’s pretty much a perfect 24 hour distribution. I can’t thank Josh and the company enough. If any business people want a lesson in how to do things right, go see these guys.
