Beautiful pillow slips. Love the restful shade of blue. Quick delivery, too.

Product was in stock when I ordered it, but 9 days later they sent an email to me stating it was not available and order was cancelled. It reminded me of the old "bait and switch" sale items. When I emailed them about this, customer service did not address my concerns, only said I had not been charged. Not a company I would want to buy from.

These sheets are just extraordinary. They are so soft and dreamy and such a lovely blending of colors. Thank you for quality merchandise.

Quite good discription of the yellow gold bedspread. Ie 100 cotton, color the goldy, mustard yellow I was looking for. Mfg in India a +. Called customer service and was told the spread would fit just about to floor which was what I wanted (queen) Bit slow with shipping but to be expected with Ground.

I received what I ordered in a timely fashion. Just love the soft cotton nightgowns and the yellow pillow. I bought one nightgown for my sister and it fits perfectly. Nice soft cotton is difficult to find. I hope you have more cotton pieces and keep them in stock.

Order received in a timely manner. We really love these percale sheets. They wrinkle a little more than I like though the comfort and coolness make up for it.

I wore your Agate Green Women's Long Robe for only a few times before the fabric began unraveling and pilling. I have not washed the robe and suspect the fabric will not hold up. It was an expensive robe and I wish I could get my money back for this inferior product. Thank you, Celia Kimball

My experience with ordering seemed to be a really positive experience until I received my product - specifically, the pillows that I ordered. Judging from the photos, the medium fill pillow seemed to be the right fill/thickness, the same as a pillow I was trying to match. The price seemed very expensive for a pillow, but I really wanted that just-right pillow, so I laid down the money for it. Unfortunately, the pillow is woefully lacking on fill and is only about 1/2 - 2/3 the fill I was looking for, at best.

Shipped quickly and was exactly as described. Very wrinkled after washing and drying is my only complaint. Purchased the percale in the amber color because my dog likes to lounge on the bed and you were out of the amber in the flannel which I would have preferred.

I shipped back the item that was not acceptable to use as a housecoat. I thought there was something wrong with the amount refunded, so I checked the original order. Here I thought they were actually concerned about customers/me not being happy with the quality. BUT - they did not reimburse me for the original freight charge of the unacceptable quality item - housecoat. I guess they feel it is acceptable to charge people 8.99 for freight and ship BAD GOODS but then charge them the 8.99 original shipping charge when issuing a refund for "taking a chance" they have and ship quality items. Disappointed all around.

I found just the towels and facecloths to match a shower curtain that I purchased. Unfortunately, the hand and bath towels are on back order but I knew that when ordering. Excellent item quality, good communication and very pleased.

Like every other insufferable site, you are immediately presented with a box to enter your email to get 20% off. So you enter that. Oh, now you also have to provide your phone number and then you have to approve promotional texts from the store. Except, guess what, you never get the email or text with a discount code and I verified it is not in my spam folder. I attempted their chat support but it's a dead link. All they want is your data, nothing more.

I called Customer Service to ask what color “awning” is. It was vague viewing the bedspread online. They were helpful. The bedspread is perfect.

My experience with the website was fine. My experience with promises from representatives was totally disappointing. It was also disappointing. The last time I dealt with representative and I decided not to order. I’m not sure why I thought I’d give it another try. The product I received was fine, but I’m not sure I would rave about it. The experience with Customer Service was disappointing.

I received my package in a few days. It was in good condition.

Had the color I wanted this time. Last time I wanted gray, but it was sold out, so I got white. This time I wanted the dark blue. These sheets start out a bit scratchy, but I've had some over 5 years and they just get softer with age. They are expensive, but so worth it.
