I ordered a dining room table an Oct. 22, 2022

I ordered a dining room table and chairs 3 months ago and I still have not received them . I couldn't cancel because they said I would have to pay delivery and a percentage on my buy. I recommend never buy from this company . Never never buy from this company there's no accurate time for delivery and no canceling .

I purchased furniture in October

I purchased furniture in October, it’s January and I have yet to receive my furniture. Classy home customer service is NO help, can’t tell me where my order is, the delivery company can’t give me a date when my furniture will be here!!! I will never order from them again! Talk about classy home, but so unprofessional!

I purchased a living room set during…

I purchased a living room set during the peak of the Covid outbreak in Jan 2021 and it was delivered as promised in Mar. It was all well packaged and the delivery team was very friendly. From their great selection to the ease of ordering and the discounts we received, our Classy Home purchase experience was extremely positive and we will order from them again! Thank you!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Do your research about this company. When something goes wrong with order or merchandise, they run away from responsibility. There are a ton of negative reviews about The Classy Home. I ordered furniture that had incorrect dimensions and it wasn't the same as advertised on their site. They want a restocking fee, shipping fee, and for me to pay to ship the chest back to them. For the past 3 weeks, I have been going back and forth with this company. They wanted me to send pictures as proof. When I did that, Rachel from The Classy Home had the nerve to say that I didn't fully extend the tape measure in my photo. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and also with the Better Business Bureau.

Sold me a defective sofa and refused to take it back

Sold me a defective sofa and I needed American Express to get my money back. Took months to resolve but Amex agreed it was defective.

I love shopping from the classy home…

I love shopping from the classy home cause they offer good discount and their delivery service is also very fast. I purchased from them a several times and they never let me down in product quality or service. My rating: 10/10

Good shopping experience

That was my very first order with them and I was afraid of spending 1000+ bucks on the bunk bed. But when the bed got delivered, I was glad that I took the chance on them. The bed was beautiful sturdy and easy to assemble. I'm sure that I got it in the lowest price, if I had shop from somewhere else, I had to spend more than what I spent on the classy home. It was a very good experience of shopping with them. In fact, I'm planning to purchase our new dining table from there.

The website offers a supercool discount…

The website offers a supercool discount for all the products. I had to buy a recliner, went to physical shops and liked one recliner. I searched for that recliner online and this website offered a great discount that I couldn't resist myself from buying this recliner. I had to wait for almost two weeks to receive my recliner, but the wait was totally worth it. Their customer service agents were also humble and helpful. They told me that the shipment would take nearly two weeks and they were true to their words. It was a really great experience shopping there. I will recommend it, definitely.
