Horrible customer service. Do your research about this company. When something goes wrong with order or merchandise, they run away from responsibility. There are a ton of negative reviews about The Classy Home. I ordered furniture that had incorrect dimensions and it wasn't the same as advertised on their site. They want a restocking fee, shipping fee, and for me to pay to ship the chest back to them. For the past 3 weeks, I have been going back and forth with this company. They wanted me to send pictures as proof. When I did that, Rachel from The Classy Home had the nerve to say that I didn't fully extend the tape measure in my photo. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and also with the Better Business Bureau.
