I have contacted you multiple times regarding the payment issue, but I have yet to receive a response or the refund I am owed. My payments were supposed to conclude at the end of May; however, I am still being charged for the course. I kindly request that you stop these payments immediately and process the refund for the overcharged amount without further delay. You have already collected more than what was originally agreed upon.

Enrolment process was easy and quick!! It was all done over the phone; I didn't have to trawl through forms which can be very frustrating. I thought the process was excellent. Navigating the sight is easy, everything is laid out in a very simple and easy way. I am thoroughly enjoying the course and the modules. I never thought I would be studying again at my age, I thought that was behind me but now that I am, I am loving every moment of it as I used to when studying in the past. Lots of new learning!! I work full-time as a teacher but with this course you can work through it in your own time, at your own pace, and I don't feel overwhelmed.

I decided to do this course as a refresher - as I have been working in the dog training industry for a long time now. I really enjoyed the online convenience and structure with the quiz component, and then the assessments - along with the Tudor feedback. This is a great course to do if you want to start your dog training career.

The Career Academy provided a flexible and supportive online learning experience. The course content was practical and easy to follow, and tutor support was always helpful. overall, it was a valuable and positive experience.

I wanted some information about the course. What I got was someone signing me up before I could consider what I wanted. I also had a payment plan in mind but for some reason it ended up being more than expected. I felt obligated to sign up before I was ready and the payments are higher than what I was planning.

Enrolment was easy. I am still waiting for stationary and course materials which were meant to arrive in 5 days, now > 10 days. I did not find chat particularly useful the 1 time I have used it. I am waiting on feedback for my 1st assessment. I am enjoying the course content.

Great courses, and tutor were quick to provide feedback when needed.
