I had the professional background as a bookkeeper and used The Career Academy to update my IT skills. Having someone to call and discuss my technical issues, who had the time and patience to talk me through and test the problems, was a great way to learn the new technology. Thank you to all those who aided me. They were exceptional. Also the self paced environment allowed me to absorb it all and create my own trials in Xero without the pressures of the classroom deadlines.

Throughout my journey with Career Academy, I’ve recently had the privilege of being supported by Erika Bautista for the past 2 months. Being supportive of me needing time to make the decision whilst staying in my orbit of a very busy life. Making me feel like I was valued as a customer, without being pressured. A combination of emails and phone calls from actual people made me feel connected. Contacts were both professional and kind, which I appreciate. Having a good discount offered, got me over the line.

Speaking on the phone and getting all of the information was easy. The person I spoke was nothing but polite and knowledgeable. The course itself, as confusing as it is. Is amazing. The access to the library is pretty good.

Great Course If you are looking for a starting course about management or just a refresher, I highly recommend this course.

TCA was helpful about the different types of services/resources to access student access and collection service regards reducing payment cost to order. The process was easy to get started with email updates and an auto-debit process was good to reduce stress. Enrolment process experence was easy to understand and follow-on.
