From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. The apartment exceeded our expectations with beautiful decor and modern amenities. The local area recommendations provided were spot-on. Will definitely book again on our next Paris trip.
The apartment was okay but nothing special. It served its purpose for our business trip but felt a bit outdated compared to the photos. The check-out process was confusing and took longer than expected.
Perfect for a weekend getaway. The apartment was stylish and the neighborhood felt safe. Only issue was that housekeeping came later than expected on our second day.
The apartment met our basic needs and was reasonably priced. Location was convenient though not in the most charming part of the city. Would consider staying again if other options aren't available.
The apartment itself was nice and the location was convenient for sightseeing. However, the Wi-Fi was quite slow and the air conditioning wasn't working properly during our visit. Staff did try to help but couldn't fully resolve the AC issue.
Nice apartment with modern furnishings and good amenities. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Minor issue with the heating system but it was quickly addressed.
While the location was fantastic and walking distance to major attractions, we encountered some issues. The shower had low water pressure and there was construction noise early in the morning. The customer service team was apologetic but couldn't do much about the external noise.
The apartment was clean and in a good location. Check-in process was smooth and the space was adequate for our needs. Only minor complaint is that it felt a bit cramped for four people.
