This is the company that QVC uses to "supposedly" provide Technical Support for the computers they sell. If you try to go to the website for Tech Live Connect, it clearly states that it has been seized by the United States Postal Inspection Service due to a court order. It additionally provides a link to the website for the US Department of Justice, and here you can read the court order where it states that a Permanent Injunction has been issued against Tech Live Connect due to fraud. What a good choice QVC has made when it comes to choosing a company to provide Technical Support!!

I searched for tech support and came across them. They installed some useless software, told lies and said, that my virtual machine was hacked. I later found this interresting video by Jim Browning, where he exposed these scammers: youtu be/5RY2IavxGbc I havn‘t recorded their actions, but i think, that this should proof, who these people are.

These are Calcutta Indian Boiler Room SCAMMERS. DO NOT ALLOW THEM OR ANYONE ELSE TO ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER, BANK ACCOUNT OR ANYTHING! They produce fake HTML screens once on your pcu and fake over deposits then ask you to refund!!!!!

Scam Company which being exposed, it is awful that this company had setup an oversea branch. Have to take note that they had registered another company name, now to known as "GLOBAL DIGITAL CONCIERGE PTE. LTD (GDC)" to continue their business.
