Not happy with the packing. Hard to get the tea out of.. flavors are ok. Need to give more for the price and give out samples

Some of the best tea flavors I have tasted in a long time.

They give prompt replies to emails, are quick to rectify if there is an issue. Lovely varieties of teas.

I'm a tea snob. I freely admit it. And I haven't received anything from TeaRunners that hasn't been really excellent quality. A few have been superb. None of have been anything but first grade tea. And having new things to try that I can trust will be good showing up every month is a delight.

What a nice variety of teas that come every month. The flavor combinations are exquisite.

Received 3 months worth of samples as a gift and it’s been great! I’m still working through them all and will definitely order more soon!!

I don't subscribe to boxes too often, but this one has been really awesome - it's a great way to try out new tea! I love that they offer bi-monthly and tri-monthly subscriptions too, so you can choose whatever makes sense for you. If subscriptions aren't your thing, you can order tea from their store as well - so far I've really enjoyed everything I've tried. I had one issue with shipping (not the fault of TR) and the issue was resolved in a very quick and friendly manner. Absolutely no complaints!

I love the Tea selections.

I have very much enjoyed all of the teas in this box. My only comment might be that I wold prefer more floral and less fruit, but overall, very pleased.

All the teas have been great.

I love the teas and being able fo switch teas out. But the labeling on the teas seem to be off sometimes. Sometimes will not list if you can resteep or not. Just guessing. Or labels on the bags could be more clear

Great that there is variety of teas, I’m just not huge fan of some teas like roiboos or herbal teas.
