This is some great tea. The best part is that it is delivered to me so I don't have the drive into Covid laden Portland to go to China Town. Great selections, there is nothing like a good cup of quality tea unless it is a good cup of quality coffee. I like both equally, switch up my mornings but its definitely tea after noon.

Got the Pure tea every 2 month delivery package after my children gave me a tea club for a year previously as a gift. Very good teas which are not easy to find otherwise. Delivery very prompt. For initial tea club a couple years ago I had a problem once with prompt and satisfactory resolution to my emailed concern.

This was a birthday gift from my son who knows that I live on and for my tea. He chose the teas and had them sent to me with out ever having tasted any of them and he is not a tea drinker so........I received a very interesting selection of teas and have tried two of them. Enjoyed both and will be enjoying all of them over the next week or so, however I will not be giving up my high caffeine AM tea any time soon. These are great teas and like some of my other afternoon or evening teas these will go well. They were well packaged and arrived safely and intact. I wish I could get out to your area to visit and do a little independent shopping with you. Your teas are great and very special.

Excellent high quality tea for a great price. Their subscription club gives me the opportunity to try teas that I might not ee at other tea sellers. Highly recommend.

After a couple of years away, I'm so happy to be back. I decided to give myself a first-semester-of-graduate-school treat by signing up again and I am not disappointed. The salted caramel pumpkin black tea that arrived in my October box probably is going to disappear very quickly! I love that I can customize my monthly box too! While the honeybush rooibos is very good, and I was really wondering if I wanted a herbal tea this month, as soon as I saw I could exchange for the pumpkin oolong I was in pumpkin season heaven.

I was astounded by the quality of tea I received from Tea Runners! If you are looking for a good cup of tea, you will find it here, and NOT be disappointed. I drink two to three cups a day, and I hadn’t even finished the first box before the next month came in, so the quality and quantity are well worth the price. Highly recommend!

Great service, I really enjoy the teas I get and nice to be able to make changes prior if you know you won't like something.

There are so many options for tea lovers. There is a Green tea, Black tea, Herbal tea, and a mixed option, and you can customize your box by taking out one of the pre-determined flavors and substituting it with a different flavor that you would like. All the teas have great taste, some are the most delicious flavors of tea I have ever tasted. I love that you get new teas every month to try delivered to you! I would recommend this tea subscription box to anyone who loves tea and likes a variety and likes to try new flavors every month.

Tea Runners has been my exclusive indulgence during the pandemic, and it has been so worth it. I look forward to my box every month, and have even developed a morning routine! While I have been juggling full-time child care of my toddler, fulfilling my PhD student duties, working part-time, and taking care of the 23,385,201 chores that need to be done around the house, sleep has been a hot commodity. Yet, I've been finding myself wanting to get out of bed early in the morning for some precious "me" time by making myself a nice cup of tea in the absence of the usual chaos that is my household. TL;DR: Tea Runners has been doing wonders for my mental health amidst a global pandemic. More about my experience with Tea Runners: I'm currently two months into my 6-month subscription of the Original Box (the most recent of which I customized). The customization process was very easy and intuitive, and I love that there are so many choices for customization. All of the tea I've received has been wonderful and they have each been accompanied by explicit instructions on the package. The only thing I can write that might be helpful for future improvement efforts would be to add some functionality to the subscription page once you're logged in. So far, it is just one page with account information, but it would be nice to (1) see a history of the teas you have received and customized, (2) review teas with stars and/or short comments, (3) better toggle between the online store and subscription pages. These are just some minor wish list items though that pale in comparison to the deliciousness in those monthly boxes.
