**Scam** After many package purchases, I won on free spins, I was required to reach 100 to redeem, but they only paid me 25. Even though some of my winnings were from paid packages.

A $44 win was not credited to my balance and when I wanted to redeem $100 then I was sent a rule that only allowed me to redeem $25. If this platform was honest there would be a telephone number not a robot customer support that can only answer 7 types of questions. Very disappointed to say the least and remind you I had made a couple of minimum purchases of $4.99. Not like the winnings were off the petty little free play. So ToaFortune please do better or don't do at all. *Edit: To respond to the comment made by ToaFortune. My winnings did not come from free play. It was won on money I bought. I won the money on the 15th the same day I bought coins and requested it that day they redeemed me the 25 bucks the next day. I have screenshot but there's no way to post those here or anyway to contact to get an explanation. Again, this platform is more of a scam.

It is wild that they cap any cashouts out at $25 that is won off freeplay. You could hit $1000 in a bonus and they will let you redeem it. But then they only pay you $25 and state it is based off rule Award Rules 5.7. This is a clause that is hidden away in their rules and I only found out because I attempted to redeem $100 which was successful, but then they knocked it down to $25. Just wanted to add this because they have replied. I have played through 15+ online casinos. This is the ONLY casino that does this. ALL of them honor cashouts without hidden rules. I would recommend any other online casino...but bit this one. It is hard enough to hit anything without them restricting wins through a hidden clause.

Played on TaoFortune. Spent $12 on a fortune coins package and won 525 fortune coins. When I went to redeem then it said I had a redeemable balance of 525. I redeemed it and they only sent $25. I contacted them and they told me that since I used “free plays” that they only honor up to 25 to redeem, then went on to say how honest of a website they are. I used my own money, and won and then did not honor my wins. I would highly suggest that no one play on this website, they are a SCAM for sure. 0/10 definitely would not recommend.
