Look have you ever received free play from a real casino and if you won with that money they took back all of it except $25 or if you played with your own money they would not let you leave unless you had $100 or more to cash out. Well this casino has a $25 cash out limit with a minimum or $100 at cash out time. Along with a play though requirement. So you must have a $100 in wining and fulfilled the play though requirement and they will only cash u out $25 regards of your balance from free play. Even if your a regular depositer they only care about how much of your money they can extract from u. Your nobody important to them. Just a cash donater

Pretty lame. I have made deposits on Tao but never won. Then I won on the free spins they gave me. I got the money up to $285. Made a redemption and they gave me $25 bucks. Which doesn't make sense when the minimum redemption is $100. What a joke. I've turned my dollar into hundreds on other sites. None of them do this. Waste of time

I played the SC they gave me hit very big and tried to cash out 120$ they sent me 25$ and said that I couldn’t cash out cause I used free play money.. misleading.. then my account was wiped clean took the 37.04 from my account and said the weren’t giving it back that the money I won from the free SC they gave me can’t be redeemed. I contacted customer support said a whole bunch of nothing about the so called “ rules “ they literally don’t even mention the so called rule she was referring too. I will be pursuing legal action cause they just took my winnings and wiped my account

Would indeed be a 0 if I could rate it. May raise if my refund is processed. You have to play a specific amount of REAL money to be eligible for “free play” HOWEVER if you win ANYTHING due to that free play, the max you are able to cash out is $25 and then you lose anything extra! I’ve put way more into the game which is fine, but if you require players to spend so much money in order to receive the free play then you NEED to honor the winnings as well

This app is misleading and dare I say… a scam. I won $100 off of free spins…which is the minimum required before a redeem of winnings can be requested… and my account was only credited with $25!! After my account was verified and the redemption was processed only THEN was I notified that only $25 can be rewarded from free plays/bonus money. Why was I not informed of this before the redemption was processed or during the verification process. I was reassured that everything was accepted and approved. Also, I was NOT credited with the other $75 back to my account!!! I will no longer play on this platform if this is not resolved..

I have a major complaint. I had no limit coins, Tao fortune. I won 110 bucks on taofortune , went to redeem it through paypal(I don’t have a PayPal so I had it sent to my husbands). Both pages blocked my acct and also wouldn’t let me collect my winnings either .
