Speaking several languages and learning from each other at the same time is a wonderful experience and it’s possible with this app. I enjoy every moment - also during the meetings in real life!

Easy and intuitive app. I achieved my goals getting to communicate with people with common interests who can help me study a target language. It’s important to filter the audience and not to get discouraged if sometimes it doesn’t workout well.

There are a lot of cool interlocutors there and it's cool that you can share your experience and language with other foreign people

Really good social media type app to learn everything for another country from the language to hidden gems in every city. Totally recommended if you like to travel somewhere or learn a language in a non academic way

From my experience most people are on Tandem for dating purposes not really longing to grow their language skills. Ils always start with a few promising chat however when it comes to setting an appointment other the phone people do not show up. I had tried Tandem a few years back and it was the same.

I met really good people with whom I got to practice the language i am learning and also i managed to explore different cultures!
