I sold my house on Yopa who are super efficient, they assigned Talbots Law as our solicitor, namely Denielle Chattu. Denielle was amazing, she provided regular updates, put me at great ease with the process and very confident in her role. Would highly recommend Talbots Solicitors.

Throughout the buying process of our new house, and the sale of our previous house, Ethan and Tori were absolutely brilliant. From any number of set backs ranging from the purchasers solicitors to the buyers surveyors, Ethan and Tori were able to keep us informed and always provided a way to progress and moved forward. We can't praise them highly enough throughout the whole process.

We recently sold & bought a new home, this process can be very stressful anyway but me & my husband can honestly say the process from start to finish was so smooth, Talbot’s Law made this experience stress free, Jon, Anne-Marie, & Caroline kept us informed of any new developments and nothing was too much trouble for them. Selling someone else's house is always daunting, especially when you have never done it before and have no information. However, this was such an simple process. The team could not have been more helpful and understanding. They managed to complete in a relatively short period of time, despite all the obstacles that seemed to pop up . ~I was so impressed with their care and diligence. We have just moved house after 38 years in the same one. The reassuring voice of sophie bridgewater on the phone e guiding g us through it was a blessing. Her knowledge and thoroughness was a comfort to two who hadn't a clue what they were doing.

The experience was overall good in buying a new house although there were a few challenges. Aisha Fatima was exceptionally helpful and very approachable. She helped us through the journey and was quite reasonable. Pros at talbots- completion was done without any issues, all documents were done appropriately and professionally.Higlighted issues were dealt with accordingly. Cons- Initially we had to chase the progress a few times and had send the same documents multiple times , but once sorted , it was smooth and communications were clear towards the end. The final price we paid was higher than the quote given, there were additional charges which were not included in the initial quotes.It would have been better if these were explained prior and not on the date of contract exchange. Would say despite all, things were sorted though and exchange of contracts went well on the planned date.
