It's a miracle we completed on this house. Their response times and level of support reminds me of state authorities in communist Eastern Europe. 😆 Once they ordered the wrong search and made me pay for it twice. If I ever buy or sell again, that won't be with Talbots Law.

All staff involved involved in the sale of my old property through to the purchase of my new property have been extremely friendly and helpful. Talbots Law were great throughout the process of selling and buying a new property. Rebecca Broxton and her team communicated everything and always responded to calls and queries in a timely manner.

1.5 years after completion of our house we did not get title deed under our name. When asked Ambia Khatun’s response was that she doesnt deal with post completion and the deed hasnt been registered by land registry. When i called land registry the deed had been registered in feb this year. Poor service and hides behind blaming junior staff.
