Thank you for your prompt and professional service!
Over 2 weeks I have contacted Sybarit Boutique multiple times by phone and email about a return and have not been able to reach anyone. I feel completely scammed. They are not certified by the Better Business Bureau which I should have checked before ordering.

As expected and depicted.
Really like the items I have gotten from store. I usually order online but sometimes go to store to check items out. The store is really nice. They really treat everyone respectfully in the store young and old.
Always a wonderful experience. They are always willing to help and provide a unique experience
EXCELLENT PERSONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASANT and HANDS ON CARE⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️
I shop at their local store, and I love everything that I have bought. Very friendly staff and always welcoming new customers. I took few of my work colleagues and they loved it too.
Improve on your return policy. Waiting to long for a return label. Make sure you are sending the correct item to the customer
The staff was very helpful . They helped us find what we looking for..
Customer service is great!
Order mid-December as a Christmas gift. Still do not have order 3 weeks later.
I really like shopping at your boutique. From the first day I shopped there till my internet orders I have been pleased with the ease of speaking with the owner and she’s so nice.
Himal is awesome love her shop and her eye for beautiful items.
The owner is very helpful, and selection of clothes are stylish. They always have some kind of sale going on. I feel like save money shopping there.
Very fast shipping on my men's soto square toe cowboy boots thank you!
Atomizer was not securely screwed shut and the fragrance leaked all inside the parcel.
I ordered two dresses, and the shipping cost was $56. I didn't notice until I had already completed the transaction. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but customer service said they could not cancel. I finally received the two dresses, one is as expected and one is what I would call a simulation of a dress - the fabric is so so cheap, and the tailoring/fit is so loose there is no structure to the dress.
