Helpful customer service & support via the app & email. Would have been helpful to me to actually talk to a SWYFTX customer service rep in as an alternative.

Easy to use for a beginner, and they have a very supportive team 24/7.

Very user-friendly exchange and very supporting team. The only thing I wish they could have on exchange was a "Account Statement", very similar to a bank statement of an account.

Starting with Swyftx is simpler and faster than any other platform I've found. And I love having the Aussie 24/7 support - I needed it a couple of times especially when I was first getting started - and everything was resolved super quick. I got money deposited and withdrawn again within minutes - my standard test - that most platforms fail or at least make way too hard.

If been using Swyftx for a while and have always been happy with the interface and function. I just moved to a cold wallet and needed support assistance. They were really good throughout the whole process.

I have been using Swyftx for just on 8 months and wanted to transfer my assets to a cold wallet for safekeeping. Being the first time, I was unable to make the transfer because I can understand that it could have been scammers. Made an appointment for a call with a representative named Grahame. He had set it all up so I could then do my transfers. Very easy going and all sorted. Also on the very same day. I had an issue with my 2FA, and that was also sorted out. Thank you to all that helped (Grahame, Cameron and Rainer) and looking forward to a bigger reward on my prurchased crypto.

I have been using Swyftx for 5yrs and it only keeps getting better and better. Fast deposits and withdrawals. i have also had the best customer service from EJ from the support team; i have sent crypto to the wrong network and EJ was able to recover it when others could not.

Very easy platform to trade on. They have a very responsive support team. When there is an issue they work with you in a respectful manner and educate users in what they need to know to operate safely in the platform. I am very pleased with the support I have been given so far.
