Worked with their sales team to outfit our entire crew. They were knowledgeable about different boot types and helped us choose the right ones for our specific work environment. Very satisfied with the purchase.
The boots are adequate for our needs and arrived when promised. However, I've seen better quality elsewhere for similar prices. Would consider other options next time.
We order safety boots quarterly for our manufacturing plant. Sureway consistently delivers quality products on time. Their bulk pricing saves us money compared to retail stores.
We've been buying from Sureway for 2 years now. Great selection of industrial footwear and competitive pricing for bulk orders. The steel-toe boots we got are comfortable and OSHA compliant.
The boots themselves are solid and well-made. However, shipping took almost 3 weeks which was longer than expected. Would have appreciated better communication about delays.
Some boots in our order were great quality, others seemed inconsistent. Customer service was responsive when we raised concerns, but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.
They had what we needed but the selection could be better. Pricing is fair and the ordering process is straightforward. The boots arrived in good condition.
Competitive prices and good quality boots. The online ordering system is easy to use and they offer good discounts for larger orders.
Ordered safety boots for our construction crew and couldn't be happier. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was on time, and the boots are holding up great after 6 months of heavy use. Customer service was helpful when I had questions about sizing.
