Had a lovely lady, Emma, come to visit for a quote. She explained about the company and products before proceeding. I even saw a bit of a window ! After measurements were taken it was a no hassle process to get a price and proceed with a purchase. Simple finance too ! Fitting done on time and to a very high standard with no mess left behind. Would definitely use again.

Great service by this company , Great communication with my order due to manufacturing delays out of there control , house looking lovely with the triple glazing , will recommend to anyone no problems here

Out there to rob you. 14 grand and with a grant for 10 windows and a front door but bare in mind 3 of the windows are 600mm wide! Had another price from a company 3 and a half grand! Daylight robbery

Salesman was very strange, refused to provide a written quote or email it and quotes a ridiculously high price then phones a friend and halved it but got stroppy and abrupt when I explained I have other quotes to get, told me I was stupid and it’s all my fault and dribbled on my sofa!. I had to ask him to leave as he was getting quite intimidating. I dread to think how he would be with an elderly or vulnerable person. Disgusting display from him and will be advising everyone I know to avoid at all costs.

Sales rep left in a strop after we explained several times that we needed to get some further quotes since they were the first company we had enquired with. Wasn't happy that we didn't take the fast track offer of buying there and then at a reduced price. His whole demeanor changed as he silently left in a strop.

Very poor keeping to the terms of the guarantee.been trying to get in touch with them. They do not answer their phone workmanship very poor and windows are whistling in the wind.Certainly would not recommend.

Recently had work on my home, four windows, and I must say I could not be more pleased with the result. Pleasant professional work team quick and clean installation. I would certainly recommend this company and am looking forward to having more work completed in the near future.

I had a problem with my front door as it wouldn't lock. Phoned Tim Holmes of sunshine home improvement and my door was sorted the same day. Vaughan who came out was brilliant. Service was excellent. I highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again.

Thank you sunshine home improvements.! I had all my windows for my house done around a year and a half ago with sunshine and I’ve recently returned for both doors. Outstanding service from start to finish from the guys I spoke to on the phone who were so professional and well spoken, through to the gentleman who came to measure up and give me my price, which may I add, was very very reasonable and then the fitters who were lovely guys and so tidy in their work that the only thing left to tidy was the empty tea mugs when they left. Brilliant company and local too! sadly all my windows and doors are now done but if I decide on having that conservatory we spoke about, I’ll be giving you a call. :)

Absolute nuisance of a company. Had all new front windows fitted but on the day of fitting 1 of the pieces of glass did not fit the frame. Took almost 2 weeks to get the glass and I think that was only down to me withholding payment. Despite that I would have had them back to do the back windows because the windows are a good quality. However after having the work done I was bombarded by salespeople pressuring me for more work. I asked them politely to remove my number even then it did not stop. I have blocked countless numbers but despite this they would contact me using new numbers. This tells me it's a sales tactic they use regularly and have to constantly swap and change their numbers to continue to pester customers. Personally given this strong arm tactic of sales shows to me a very poorly managed company and obviously one that relies more on pushy sales than quality workmanship to keep themselves going. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Had guttering done 3 years ago. There is definitely something wrong with it. It looks absolutely disgusting. It is almost black with grime. Been told more or less that there is nothing wrong. Very disappointed with this firm. Sorry i had it done with them. After service stinks!!!....

This company did one small job for my elderly aunt in her eighties (which I personally think was overpriced). They then persisted in ringing her regularly and putting pressure on her to commit to further jobs even though she said she was not interested. I contacted them to ask them not to call her any more as she was upset and bothered by the calls. The person I spoke with (male) sounded rather arrogant and cocksure and said he would take her number off their system - though did not sound apologetic or concerned - but they persisted to call with the result that I had to register her number with the Telephone Preference Service. I have now had to complain to the TPS as she has STILL received harassing calls. AVOID this company.
