Excellent service from the very beginning. From the flexibility and knowledge of the sales person Liam, which allowed us a visit on our terms. Detailed plan of what our needs were but no pressure to agree to works. Measuring survey and fitting works is all arranged around you and the quality of the product is fantastic. Really happy with the service we’ve had and will definitely be returning for any future needs. Thanks all!

We have had 14 new windows (two of which are large bay windows) fitted by sunshine, triple glazed, and they have been amazing from start to finish. The boys Gareth, Carl and Ashley have been a pleasure to have here and have done such a great job. They were here everyday in the freezing cold and snow. Completed the job to a very high standard and have a great eye for detail. Always tidying up after themselves and worked flat out each day to get such a lovely finish. The windows look amazing. We will be having them back in the future to do new front and back doors for us. Thank you so much Gareth and team.

Had all my windows replaced with triple glazed windows by Sunshine Home Improvements/contractors mid-2020. Really happy with the service. Sales people were not pushy. Father and son contractors did a nice job! Great product (with 10 years guarantee). The windows have made a big difference on sound insulation more than heat (but probably because my walls are not properly insulated!! 2 years on and still happy about the quality... Highly recommend.

Hello all, Just a quick email to let you know that Jamie and Andrew carried out exceptional work installing my new Tripple glazed windows and doors throughout the house. They were a delight to have at my home. Over many years I have been unlucky with tradespeople who have let me down with shoddy unfinished work, not turning up at all or missing for weeks at a time. I am so happy to tell you that I looked forward to their arrival in the morning with spot on timing, no mess left for me to clean up. Jamie and Andrew are the exception to the rule, they are fantastic. I must also inform you that they have gone above and beyond to help me due to my disabilities. would firstly like to thank Emma for her pleasant and polite manner towards myself and especially towards my mother a big thank you .. we both had complete windows and doors on 2 properties and would like to thank Nathan for exsplaingin what work was to be done .. would also like to thank Andrew and his son Joey who fitted the windows and doors very polite towards my mother and nothing was to hard for them to help her thank you again as she is 86.. turned up early done their work and cleaned up after them credit to the company all four i have mentioned .. products good quality well made

We had a visit from Mark the Sales Representative who was very professional with both his presentation and advice. Cleary he was knowledgeable about the product. The Sales presentation wasn’t protracted and the quotation provided and explained without pressure to accept without delay. We accepted the quotation and the work was carried out on the agreed date. The installation team carried out the work efficiently and without leaving any mess. We are more than pleased with the quality of the product and the installation.

Excellent from start to finish Mark Williams the sales rep was very detailed in explaining the process, and actually brought a window to show us the quality, I have to say Mark did a very good job listened to all our needs and got us an amazing price very happy, work started on time and the fitters were fab Jordan the fitter turned up on time every day and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend sunshine to anyone looking for first class service and first class fitting. I’ve had a company fit a window in my spare room 12 months ago and it was fitted wrong drafts and very noisy sunshine sorted this with no further issues. Don’t be fooled by the cheap double glazing you do actually pay for what you get, it’s true.. I can feel the difference instantly. Top quality product. I will be telling all my family and friends about the top quality service I have received.

I just want to say a special thank you to geraint who was the sales person who I fist met when having a quotation of sunshine home improvements. He was so polite and got the price just were we wanted it. And I have to say the triple glazing is so good at keeping the noise out and we feel much warmer a*** The fitters were very clean and tidy and explained every step in great detail and took us around every window before leaving just to make sure we were happy with everything. I could not recommend this company highly enough. I will be back for my facia soffit and guttering before the winter a********

Tim Holmes from sunshine home improvements, rang me to say that my mum had given him my number. Now this is double glazing company who went to see my mum and she had given them a cheque Tim had spoken to my mum 3 years when they fitted patio doors and some other windows, hence my mum calling them again, she trusted them and the work completed was perfect..Now this is what shocked me..my mum had given them a cheque for them to do the work, but Tim after speaking to my mum felt something wasn't right.My mum's health had deteriorated and Tim was right to call me. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond and bringing this to our attention. Well done sunshine home improvements .. that's a 5***** from me ....

From the initial call to the end process I have had an excellent services from sunshine home improvements. They installed all my windows, conservatory & doors and I am very happy with the triple glazing. The installers cleaned up after and finished the job as scheduled. From the first point on contact, there was a friendly and professional service. The advisors were always there to help with every fine detail. We have just had a most unpleasant experience with a salesperson from Sunshine Home Improvements, a Neath company, who was to give a quotation for replacement windows. Be aware that the sales technique from salesperson from this company who came to the house used the ‘one-time’ offer — a time limit on a deal that pressures you to buy something immediately for fear of missing out'. He measured the windows and presented us with a price. He phoned his boss and said his boss said he could make an offer that was thousands less even with 'scrappage' included. He then gave another lower price but we had to agree a fixed date in April and had to agree to that today. We said we could not possibly give an answer that day as we would wish to consider the offer carefully over time. I said we would wait for his written quotation. He said there would not be a written quotation. He kept asking why we would not take this offer and we both repeated more than once that such an expensive purchase had to be considered over time. I asked the salesman to leave as I felt his persistence amounted to badgering. He did not leave but rather phoned his boss and and was telling him we had declined the offer. While he was on the phone, I asked him again to leave. He did not make any effort to leave but persisted with the tack that we were turning down an 'unbelievable' deal. I said I would call the police if he did not leave. After several requests he did leave. The atmosphere was very unpleasant and I started to record the conversation as he was leaving the house. Dept Business UK Gov definition: 'Pressure selling and doorstep salespersons overstaying their welcome are examples of aggressive practices'.

I have just had my windows done From aluminium to Triple glazed.! The transformation is absolutely amazing.! 🤩 from start to finish everyone I have spoken to or met have been friendly and polite. I had Gareth and Carl come to do the work and they worked non stop to a really high standard, they were pleasant and chatty throughout and I would absolutely recommend the company. So happy with my new windows. Triple A Star rating from us.!! Will definitely be having the rest done with these guys.!

Just had the two loveliest men come and fit 9 windows. Fantastic quality and attitude to the job. Communication was second to none. Promises kept. Dates and fitting adhered to. All in all extremely happy!! I now have a warm home cannot thank enough!! Would highly recommend! Will definitely be using again!!
